Minutes Time Preference
The DSX team had already made significant progress in building the Paychex Flex system as UX teams transitioned from Sketch to Figma. My primary objective was to create new assets, elements, patterns, and components to expand the Flex kit while documenting interconnected styling and functionality.

Core Competencies and Learnings
1. Systematic Thinking
Systematic thinking enabled me to thoroughly understand the entire system, identify connections and interactions within it, embrace complexity, collaborate effectively with team members, and deliver holistic, user-centric solutions.
2. Documentation
I was responsible for documenting requirements and team decisions while maintaining clear communication between UX and our product partners. These documents not only helped me track the reasoning behind decisions but also serve as valuable references for future related projects.
3. Communication and Partnership
One of the challenges we encountered was the expansion of the project scope over time as we uncovered additional impacted areas. This allowed us to adopt strategic communication practices and strengthen our partnership.
